Life in the 21st century places increasingly higher demands on us. What are the essential skills for staying healthy today? This workshop presents a holistic view of health, with attention to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of health.


In this workshop

  • we’ll explore
    • the most important factors affecting health
    • the characteristics of health on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level
    • the needs at different levels
    • the skills needed to fulfil these needs
  • will you practice various simple techniques to support your health, for example how to:
    • recharge yourself quickly and increase your energy level
    • easily relieve yourself of stress  
  • you can discover new aspects of yourself and each other in a playful way


Its form is a mix of a presentation with the theoretical framework and various experiential exercises.
