In this workshop

- the characteristics of health on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level
- the needs at different levels
- the skills needed to fulfil these needs
- will you practice various simple techniques to support your health, for example how to:
- recharge yourself quickly and increase your energy level
- easily relieve yourself of stress
- you can discover new aspects of yourself and each other in a playful way
Its form is a mix of a presentation with the theoretical framework and various experiential exercises.
