A social meditation is a magical group process with a lot of movement, accompanied by special music. A social meditation consists of various stages, such as dancing, making gestures, laughing, crying, hugging, bowing, talking in a highly structured way, shaking, singing, screaming, etcetera. Interaction is mostly with a partner, while constantly changing partners, sometimes with everyone in the group together, and sometimes you are purely onto yourself. It is a playful way to connect with each other on an intimate level. Through meeting others you can learn something about yourself.
